How to Participate in City Council Meetings

CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS RESUME AT CITY HALL
The City Council will resume meeting at City Hall on June 9.
Public will be allowed to attend meetings in person.
However, space is limited due to the social distancing guidelines in place by State and Health Officials.
If you simply want to watch the meeting, please do so on the City's YouTube Channel at www.youtube.com/c/southwebercityut
If you'd like to provide public comment to the City Council as part of the public comment portion of the meeting or during a public hearing, you have 3 options:
1 - Attend in person
2 - Live via zoom
3 - Email publiccomment@southwebercity.com

You can view City Council Meetings at your own convenience on the City's YouTube Channel as well. After the meeting ends, a recording will be uploaded to the Channel within 72 hours that you can watch whenever you'd like.

PUBLIC COMMENT
Public will be allowed to attend meetings in person.
However, space is limited due to the social distancing guidelines in place by State and Health Officials. Attendees are encouraged to wear masks.
However, if you're unable or uncomfortable attending in person but would like to make public comment to the Mayor and Council that will be included in the official city record, you can do so live during the zoom meeting or through email.

* Include in Subject Line: Meeting Date, Item # or General Comment, First & Last Name
* First & Last Name must be included in email to be included in the meeting minutes and public record
