City Recorder

The City Recorder performs a variety of complex administrative, technical, and clerical duties related to records management, public notices, minutes preparation and retention, and compliance with the Open and Public Meetings Law. The Recorder publishes and files all new ordinances and resolutions, prepares and coordinates the preparation of responses to GRAMA Requests, and ensures that public notices for all executive sessions are properly worded and posted.
