2021 Date Notice
August 13 As required by the Lieutenant Governor’s Election Policy, an audit of the election will be conducted on August 13, 2021, starting at 10:00 a.m.  Anyone desiring to witness the audit is invited to attend. The audit will be conducted at the Davis County Administration Building in Room # 202.
August 10 The Municipal Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.

Voters must be citizens of the United States; residents of the voting precinct in which they are voting; and 18 years old, or older by the General Election in order to participate.

July 14 A public demonstration will be held to test the voting devices and tabulation equipment being used for the election. Anyone desiring to witness the testing is invited to attend, beginning at 10:00 a.m. July 14, 2021, at the Davis County Administration Building - 61 South Main Street, Room #202 Farmington, UT.
June 22 Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday June 22, 2021, at approximately 6:00 pm a public hearing will be held before the City Council regarding a 2020-2021 budget amendment. All associated information for the hearing will be available for review at the South Weber City Office one week prior. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearing on www.YouTube.com/c/southwebercityut. You may also email publiccomment@southwebercity.com for inclusion with the minutes.

June 10, 2021 South Weber City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on the below items. June 8, 2021

A second hearing will be held for the storm drain capital facilities and impact fee facilities plans. Jun 1-7 Public notice is hereby given to inform residents of South Weber City that there will be a municipal general election on November 2, 2021 for the following offices:

Two At-Large City Council positions (4-year term)

Mayor (4-year term)

If a primary election is needed, it will be held on August 10, 2021.

The constitutional and statutory qualification requirements for municipal office are:

  1. The person is a registered voter in the municipality.
  2. The person will be at least 18 years old at the time of the next election.
  3. The person is a legal resident of the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election.
  4. The person has not been convicted of a felony.

Interested parties may declare their candidacy for an office in person between June 1 and June 4 or June 7, 2021, at City Hall with the City Recorder located at 1600 E. South Weber Dr., between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

05-10 Notice of Intent to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA)

Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of South Weber City's intent to prepare or amend the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for culinary water, sewer, storm water, transportation, and parks and trails. The geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire City limits.

04-08-2021 Public Notice is Hereby Given that The South Weber City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance repealing South Weber City Code 10-5-2, Article A, "Agricultural, Aircraft Hazard Zone (A-10)", and also amending South Weber City Code 10-5-2, Article H, "Commercial Highway Zone (C-H)".  The public hearing will be held Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can reasonably heard.
