City Projects

City projects are determined at the beginning of the year by the City Mayor, Council and City Administrative Staff. They use city goals to determine what projects are top priority. Through this process project completion dates are ratified. Although the city plans as best we can, there are times when important projects pop up. When that happens top priority projects move down. Currently we have construction projects that the city is in charge of and Area development that require contractors to submit plans, gain permits and go through an acceptance process.
