Appeal Authority

On June 25, 2013, the South Weber City Council approved ordinance changes to have appeals heard by a Land Use Attorney (to be appointed by the Mayor). The Appeal Authority will hear and decide appeals, hear and decide special requests for special exceptions, and authorize upon appeal such variances from the terms of the City Code.
