Request to be on an Agenda

When requesting to be on a meeting agenda, please understand that the request must be made fifteen (15 days) prior to the meeting to be eligible to appear on the agenda. This will be a discussion item only.

City Council: Meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:00 pm. You may submit your request by email to lsmith@southwebercity.com

Planning Commission: Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month beginning at 6:30 pm. You may submit your request by email to kguill@southwebercity.com
